d two are nearly d same,,, it'll be so hard to differentiate themm,,, but what i learned was,,, to know which ones are ur spiritually wants is to see if u have peace in doing it or not...
maybe flesh wants are exciting and all,,, but the spiritual wants have peace in it...
n i juz learned it all today....
